Dr. P.Sudarkodi is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Koshys Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore. She has done her Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai. She has 17 years of teaching and research experience. She has published more than 20 papers in reputed National and International Journals. She has received the best paper award at the National Conference. She is a research guide at the University of Mysore with six scholars under her guidance. Her area of interest is in Statistics, Research, and Data Science.

Ms. Shilpa B S is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Mysore University. She has completed her M. Com and MBA from Bangalore University. Before starting her career as an academician, she worked as a Process Trainer in MNCs such as Mphasis &Allsec Technologies for 4 years. She is an academician with over 11 years of experience in the field of Teaching and Research. Her research areas include Finance, HR, Accounts & Taxation. She has presented more than 10 papers at International and National Level conferences. She has to her credit 4 paper publications. She has delivered various invited talks. She has served the academic community in varied capacities as a Paper setter and valuer in various Colleges and Universities.

Dr. Lalitha P S completed her doctorate in Management Studies from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. Masters in Business Administration and PGDM in IRPM from the same. She holds twelve years of teaching and research experience. Her research areas include Customer Relationship Management, HR & Marketing. She has published one ABDC – C, two SCOPUS indexed, two UGC Listed Journals, one book chapter, and 11 Conference Proceedings. Authored a book on Product and Brand Management. She has also presented more than 33 papers at National & International Level Seminars/Conferences.

Ms. Sajeena J.P.S. is pursuing a Ph.D. and completed her Masters in Business AdministrationfromKarunya University Business School, Coimbatore, PGD IBO from IGNOU and.Tech (IT) from Anna University, Chennai. Before starting her career as an academician, she worked as a Senior Executive – Client Relationship and HR Recruiter and is currently an academician with two years of experience. Her research areas include Supply Chain Management, Production, and Operation Management. She is also certified in “The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing”, J2EE, and Dot Net. She is currently an Assistant Professor, at Koshys Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru. She has framed question papers in various Universities. She has presented a paper at an International Conference. She has delivered two invited talks on Aptitude training and Supply Chain Management and also participated in 100+ International webinars, workshops, and FDPs.
