First and foremost, Training and Placement Department acts as a fulcrum of any institution, complimenting every stake holder for their significant and enormous contribution towards the growth of the institution and for the notable support to the Placement Department. Every ambitious individual can materialize his or her dream, if proper, systematic and unique guidance and training has been given to him or her. Today, Global market scenario has changed tremendously, compared to what we have seen a decade ago. Corporate expectations have also changed accordingly. An individual’s skill is being gauged by the amount of both IQ and EQ that he or she possesses.

At KIMS, a student can find the right platform to achieve his or her goal with the appropriate training and grooming, aimed at both the intellectual and cognitive aspects of every aspiring individual. KIMS believe in transforming the lives of the students, moulding their personality, providing career guidance, personal attention, and motivate them to stay focussed on their goals and to make relentless efforts in achieving the same. The training has been given to each student from the grass-root level, helping them to shed their inhibitions and stage fear and to do effective presentation on various topics. Mock interviews and workshops have been conducted by the Training and Placement Department, which enhances the confidence level of the students to communicate effectively as it is a dire necessity for career growth and success of the individual. Training and Placement Department of KIMS aims at the welfare of the students, both academic and individual and helps them to overcome all the obstacles that they encounter enroute, and help them to emerge out as promising and potential candidates in the field of career and life.
