Vision: “Placements beyond profits"
The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell of KOSHYS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES is an end-to-end facilitator
for the students to find the right job opportunity and map placements best suited for them. The Cell has developed
over the years through consistent research on market transition and corporate feedback. Fortunately, reputed corporate
organizations come back year after year to recruit fresh talent trained and nurtured at our facility.
We have successfully concluded the final placement process for PG (2018-20) and UG (2017-20) students with expert
communication and aptitude training. We find pride in our training curriculum as we follow andragogy methods of teaching.
We strongly believe aspiring the young minds with current exposure is more important than inspiring them on past experiences,
which has bought steady progress in the behavior and beliefs of our students. We provide consistent training to them from the
very first semester with an idea to improve student’s emotional intelligence and keep them corporate ready.
